Since the sun decided to grace us with is presence, the kids got to play outside for half the day & I got busy taking pics.

Ok it was a couple weeks ago, but it’s been really hard to find time to post about it.
Mom & Francesco came over for the weekend & had a great time (or so they said)


It snowed, not just a little bit, enough to get our cars stuck in the driveway, enough to paralyze the UK for a good three days (not that it takes much). But here its a pretty big deal as it doesn't happen than often, so they are not really prepared.
Apparently it had been 40 years or so since they last saw this much snow.


It reminded us of the day Alyssa was born, the 15 minute drive to the hospital became a 45 minute one, at 4:00 am Verona there was a fog so thick I couldn't see the full bonnet of the car & it was a tiny Fiat Panda for the occasion (not mine) & VERY long 45 minutes they were, wanted to step on the pedal every time Letizia started panting, but didn't have much choice so I had to start panting as well just to keep cool.

Back to the present, we had a great day out. She got her ears pierced,


made her own "Hello Kitty" stuffy, had cake... fun, fun.
